  The waiting staff were absolutely incredible attentive, friendly, professional and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout the visit. They deserve real credit for the level of service they provided. Unfortunately, the atmosphere behind the scenes really let the experience down. The kitchen staff came across as quite rude, repeatedly hitting the bell very loudly to get attention, which felt unnecessarily aggressive. It was hard not to notice clear friction and a divide within the team and honestly it wasn’t nice to see the waiting staff seemingly affected by it while still trying their best to provide excellent service. We visited at 14:00 - 15:30. A real shame because the front-of-house team were fantastic. We will back again regardless. Thank you.

  Lovely food! We stopped off for lunch on the way to a hen do. Jemma was amazing at making our lunch perfect! The bride to be received complimentary prosecco and dessert. My prawn tagliatelle was beautiful. We'd definitely go back!

  Absolutely fantastic service from Philippa from the start. I nipped in to reserve a large table. She was so welcoming and friendly from the start, interacting with us and the kids! The food was spot on and we will most definitely be back! Thank you Philippa for your 5* service!! Also thank you to your lovely colleague Kieran who was also super friendly and efficient! 😊

  A group of 11 came to Ask for my sons birthday and it was brilliant. The food was all delicious and in good time. From the moment we arrived Philippa made us feel really welcomed & relaxed- a brilliant manager. Keiran made every single one of our kids feel listened to and special when ordering desserts. Couldnt recommend coming here enough. Thank you so so much! Loved it.

  Food was good but they gave my pizza to another table so my partner ate while I waited for another pizza to be cooked and that was slow (for somewhere with a supposed pizza oven). Roast potatoes were a mix of hot and cold suggesting that they were not fresh. As you can see from the photo, they were certainly not roasted. . To be honest, it's what I expected from an Italian chain where nothing is authentic and all the staff are kids who don't care. I was even asked if I wanted to leave a tip when I paid the bill.
